Program Philosophy:
At Wolverhampton we are dedicated to helping you achieve the best you can in your chosen field. We can help you develop a broad range of technical skills, slanted towards the area of animation you are most interested in. For example you can take modules in drawing, experimental animation and creative compositing. The negotiated modules can encompass even more diverse styles, from working directly under the camera to high end computer generated work. These choices are underpinned by modules which teach the basic concepts and ideas about animation. However, animation is not just about acquiring skills, whether digital or traditional. It requires the ability to use imagination and creativity to interpret and communicate ideas, in whatever form. All modules require the articulation of strong ideas.
