from 500-1000 euro per week depends on length of the course. All courses are running on full day basis 5 days per week.

Financial Aid Information:
The SPAFi Animation Academy provides Scholarship Fund grants for a select few candidates demonstarting unusual potential and/or commitment in the area of film. This is available only in certain times and under certain circumstances. Depend on grants funding conditions.

Entrance Requirements:
SPAFi Animation Academy Film School is open to applicants of all ages and nationalities.
Complete applications should be submitted before specified deadlines. Applications can be sent by mail or e-mail.

Facilities / Equipment:
6 hi speed cameras Vicon 13MX+ Motion Capture System (up to 250 fps),
Camera & lighting: Sony HD PMW-EX3 XDCAM, monitors; Dedolights, RH, Arri lighting sets; and sound recording equipment (DAT/MD, mixer and sennheiser mics) are available for daily use to SAA students - either at the school or for check-out outside the school premises (flexible check-out policy).
12 PC stations are equipped with professional Autodesk Software (3DsMax, Maya, MotionBuilder, MudBox). MacPro station with Final Cut Pro.
Sound studio (Pro Tools & Digi 003) is available for recording sound effects and dialogues for film projects.
Screening room of capacity 150 ppl
Film and sound library
Computer room for homework assignments and internet.
In house blue screen studio for VFX (chromakey).


Program Philosophy:
To provide opportunities to teach CGI skills to the wide audience in most affordable and cost effective way and with the smallest class size. All students are shown the practical skills of character animation.

Faculty Description:
Major program of academy is teach the bulk of the courses focused on character animation, modeling, texturing and rendering. Thanks to Motion Capture System we can provide hi end quality of movements for any character. Students are experiencing the whole pipeline in the filming industry with the instructors which are practical film makers.


Alumni Information:
School is organizing many occasional meetings of SAA graduated students and helps them to get job in the industry. We do also support all our students with submitting theirs work for festivals and other film competitions.
